Animal quarantine

Consiste en la restricción impuesta por las autoridades sanitarias de un país con el objetivo de prevenir la introducción y difusión de enfermedades.

It consit of the restriction imponed by health authorities in a country with the aim of preveventing the introduction  and dissemination of diseases.

3. Inspección veterinaria, B/.10.00

Cuando se requiera que la mascota se quede bajo custodia de cuarentena, se incluye un costo de atención (B/.3.50 diarios).

When it may be required that the pet stays under quarentine custody, on extra cost of B/. 3.50 will be charged for service.

Horario del médico veterinario de lunes a viernes 07:00 a 23:00 horas

Veterinarian Doctors Schedule from monday to Friday 07:00 to 23:00 hours

En aquellos casos en que el médico veterinario no esté de turno (fin de semana y dias feriados) y arriben mascotas al país y el propietario de la misma desee recibir atención veterinaria, deberá acogerse a lo establecido en el Decreto 25 del 31-01-2002, en su artículo 5 y publicado en la Gaceta Oficial N 24488.

In cases that the veterinary is not on shift, holidays and weekends, and a pet arrives, and the ownes wishes the pet be taken care of by the veterinary doctor, the owenes of the pet will have to abide by what is established in Decree N 25 of january 31, 2002 in its article N 5 and published in it Official Newspaper N 24488.
